Becky Olive, P.E., MBA, is the Vice President and Project Management Performance Director for the Americas at AECOM, a position held since 2013. Previously, they served as the Vice President, Project Delivery Leader for the Americas and the Southwest Mountain Region, continuing their extensive career in project management. With early experience as a Civil Engineer at Turner Collie & Braden, Becky has cultivated a deep expertise in land development and environmental planning. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Management & Finance at the University of Houston.
