Ben Murray

Ben Murray is an Associate Director at AECOM, focusing on carbon management in the infrastructure sector. Prior to this, Ben served as a strategic environmental adviser at Scottish Water, where they developed a carbon accounting framework for significant investments. With over two decades in environmental and carbon management, Ben has held various roles, including freelance environmental consultant and senior policy adviser. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Environmental Management and Technology from Heriot-Watt University. Ben's career began with Greenpeace as an engineer and activist, deeply involving them in climate change initiatives.
