Bernard Darcy

Bernard Darcy is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in project controls and financial planning. Currently serving as a Project Controls Analyst II at AECOM since November 2014, Bernard manages financial performance within the New York City Housing Authority Program Management Team and has previously held roles including Project Accountant II and Budget Manager, overseeing budgets for over 170 projects totaling in excess of $620 million. Prior to AECOM, Bernard worked at PNC as a Relationship Manager and at JP Morgan Chase as a Private Client Banker, achieving recognition as a National Achiever in 2012. Bernard's extensive experience in the financial industry began at Bank of New York Mellon/Pershing, followed by various roles in trading and client management at firms such as SunGard Data Systems and the Bank of New York - ESI Securities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, complemented by CAMS certification.
