Bryan Rash is the Vice President and Region Chief Counsel at AECOM, where they lead a legal team overseeing the Design Consulting Services business unit for the West Region, covering thirty-one U.S. states and generating over $1.5 billion in annual revenue. With a focus on transactional support, litigation management, and proactive problem identification, their team works closely with senior leadership. Previously, Bryan held various legal roles at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman and Parsons, specializing in construction law and contract management. They hold an M.B.A. and a JD from Pepperdine University, complementing their extensive legal and business expertise.
