Carey Barr

Carey Barr, PE, is a Consulting Manager with a robust background in engineering and project management. They served in various roles at AECOM from 2014 to 2019, including Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Economic Analyst, and ultimately Consulting Manager. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at SteelFab of Virginia from 2006 to 2008 and completed a stint as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin in 2009-2010. Carey earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management and Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Transportation from the University of Texas at Austin.
