Carlyn Olive, P.E., is a seasoned Project Manager and team builder with over 11 years of experience as a Civil Engineer Officer in the U.S. Air Force. They currently lead federal projects at AECOM, managing all phases from proposal to construction assurance. Carlyn previously oversaw critical infrastructure planning for military operations, driving strategic initiatives valued at over $36 billion across multiple installations. They hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Management, alongside a TS-SCI clearance and a PE license in Colorado. Carlyn is dedicated to leveraging their extensive expertise to contribute to the civilian sector.
