Carol Zhou

Carol (Yue) Zhou, AICP, RSP1, ENV SP, is a Transportation Planning Manager at AECOM, where they lead significant projects such as the I-35 Texas Corridor Study and I-45 Planning and Environmental Linkage Study. Previously, they served as a Senior Transportation Planner, playing a key role in major planning initiatives across Houston and Texas. Carol has also worked as a Transportation Planner for the Rapides Area Planning Commission and held internship positions with the City of Los Angeles and the Southern California Association of Governments. They hold a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Beijing Normal University.
