Cecily Canning is a Global Client Success Manager with a focus on SaaS and a solid background in marketing spanning 15 years. Currently, Cecily leads the EC PlanEngage Implementation Team, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing client experiences through effective solutions and user adoption. Previously, Cecily held various marketing roles at AECOM, including Marketing Advisor and Principal Marketing Advisor - Digital, where they developed strong client relationships and improved brand presence. Cecily is pursuing a Digital MBA at the Queensland University of Technology, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate in Business (Digital).
