Celia Lai

Celia Lai is a seasoned professional in the architecture and transportation sectors, currently serving as Director of Aviation and Transportation at AECOM in Hong Kong since July 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2 Expansion as overall team leader and consultant representative. Prior experience includes positions at PLP Architecture from August 2013 to July 2020, where Celia held roles as Director, Senior Associate Partner, and Senior Architect, and at Foster + Partners as an Architectural Designer from September 2006 to August 2013. Early career experience includes architectural assistant roles at the Architectural Design Research Institute of GDUT and Guangzhou Design Institute. Celia possesses an M.Arch in Architectural Design from UCL, a PgDip in Professional Practice in Architecture from the University of Westminster, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additional academic credentials include a B.Eng in Architecture and a Dip. Eng in Architectural Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
