Charles Maass is a Senior Construction Resident Project Manager at AECOM, currently overseeing NYSDOT's $1.2 billion project to widen the Van Wyck Expressway. They previously served as a Resident Engineer for both phases of NYSDOT's Kosciuszko Bridge replacement and for MTACC on the Second Avenue Subway project at 96th Street Station. Prior to these roles, they spent 14 years at NYSDOT as an Engineer-in-Charge, where they managed significant projects, including the Roslyn Viaduct replacement. Charles holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
