Charlotte Crake

Charlotte Crake is an Associate Director and Practice Manager at Assystem, specializing in Infrastructure, Communications, and Engagement. Currently, they lead the Customer and Community team for nmcn Water Division and serve as the Social Value Lead for the Group Our Communities Strategy. With nearly twenty years of experience in stakeholder engagement, Charlotte has worked across public, private, and government sectors, excelling as a communicator, negotiator, and project manager. Previously, they held positions at AECOM, South Kesteven District Council, and the NHS, and hold a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Leeds Beckett University.
