Chris Martin, P.E., PMP, is a seasoned executive manager with 30 years of experience in large-scale construction program management, emergency operations, and homeland security. Currently serving as the USACE Client Account Manager at AECOM, Chris has held various leadership positions, including District Engineer for the Fort Worth Engineer District and Commander of the 91st Engineer Battalion. Chris earned a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, complementing their role in managing complex projects in challenging environments.
