Chris Pilton

Chris Pilton is an experienced professional in project and program management with a strong background in program controls and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Program Controls Team Lead at AECOM since November 2020, Chris manages various functions including cost management, planning, document control, and systems integration, while also leading initiatives for efficient project delivery through AI. In addition to this role, Chris is the Director of DeMontbrayPilton, an Anglo-Australian watch company founded by Chris, emphasizing a commitment to quality products and customer experience. Previous experience includes positions at Jaguar Land Rover as the Head of Portfolio Timing, overseeing a multi-billion-pound project portfolio, as well as roles at Turner & Townsend, Project Planning & Scheduling Solutions Pty Ltd, and Doosan Power Systems, where Chris developed expertise in project controls and planning across multiple sectors. Chris holds a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Sunderland.
