Christine Estes, PE, PMP, CFM, is a Vice President and Department Manager at AECOM, specializing in Flood Risk Solutions in Germantown, MD. With over 25 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, they have led multi-discipline teams on significant water resources projects for federal, state, and municipal clients. Previously, they served as Water Resources Project Manager at URS Corporation and as Senior Project Manager at AECOM. Christine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech.
