Clive Richardson

Clive Richardson, B.Sc (Hons), CEng, FICE, FIStructE, IHBC, is a chartered structural engineer specializing in the survey, repair, and development of buildings in historic environments. Clive has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, providing expert witness testimony and conservation advice. Currently, Clive serves as Technical Director at AECOM, where they lead the Conservation Engineering team and engage in various educational efforts, including lecturing at the University of Reading. Their past roles include Salaried Partner at RT James and Partners and Engineering Assistant at Transport for London.
