Colette O'Shea

Colette O'Shea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and contract services across various sectors, currently serving as the Director and Head of Contract Services at AECOM since August 2022. Previously, Colette held senior roles including Head of Project Management for Infrastructure in Ireland and Head of Strategic Procurement at Engineers Ireland, as well as serving as a Senior Project Manager at the National Treasury Management Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of significant STEM projects. Colette's educational background includes a BE in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin and an MSc in Project Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, among other qualifications related to law and coaching. Colette is also actively involved in leadership roles within Engineers Ireland, contributing to the advancement of women in engineering.
