Colin Chiang

Colin Chiang, FIEAust, CPEng, PMP, is a Chartered Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia, and South Korea. In their current role as Group Director for the WA Resources, Power and Industry group at AECOM, Colin is responsible for delivering quality and cost-effective solutions in the Oil and Gas, Power Infrastructure, and Mining and Mineral Processing sectors. Previously, Colin held various positions including Lead Instrument & Controls Engineer at Hatch Associates and Area Manager - E, I & C at Clean TeQ Limited, where they managed projects in alumina refining, nickel refining, and LNG industries. Their extensive technical and project management background is complemented by hands-on experience at alumina refineries and nickel-sulphate processing plants.
