Connor Oakley

Connor Oakley is a Principal Management Consultant at Strategy+, specializing in strategy, operating models, and transformation across diverse sectors, including defence and infrastructure. They have successfully led international transformations and operating model redesigns, making significant contributions to client aspirations through strategic consulting. Prior to this, Connor held various roles at AECOM, including Programme Manager and Project Manager, where they developed data-driven project management processes and improved airport infrastructure. Connor also co-chaired the RICS Matrics London CPD Sub-Committee, focusing on professional development for industry newcomers.
