Dan Carrigan

Dan Carrigan is currently a Communications Specialist IV at AECOM, where they provide outreach communications for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission's stormwater infrastructure projects. Previously, Dan served as Board Co-Chair for LifeRing, Inc., and held various roles in tobacco control initiatives, including Director of the Queens Smoke-Free Partnership and Project Director for the South Carolina African American Tobacco Control Network. Dan’s extensive experience in public policy consulting and grassroots campaigning reflects a deep commitment to social justice and community engagement. They are a graduate of the College of Charleston, where they earned a BA in Corporate Communications. In their personal time, Dan enjoys gardening, cooking, and volunteering for recovery organizations.
