Darcy

Darcy, Qitao QIN, is an Associate Director at AECOM Hong Kong, bringing extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Previously, well-rounded experience included roles at Benaim Ltd. from 2014 to 2018 as an Assistant Engineer and Structural Engineer, and later positions at AECOM, culminating as Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Associate before their current role. Darcy also worked as a Structural Engineer at AECOM New Zealand from 2019 to 2020.
