Dave Harper

Dave Harper is a Technical Director at AECOM, bringing extensive expertise in high voltage substation design and protection systems. They have held various roles at AECOM, including Practice Lead and Principal Consultant, leading the Wellington Transmission and Distribution team. Previously, Dave served as an Application Engineering Team Leader at ABB UK and developed foundational skills as a Graduate Engineer with AECOM New Zealand. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
