David Beachy

David Beachy, PE, PMP, is a Civil Highway Department Manager at AECOM with over 35 years of experience in the transportation engineering field. They have managed a variety of transportation projects, including roadway design, bridge rehabilitation, and traffic engineering, while also mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with clients. Beachy has held numerous leadership roles, including Director of Civil Engineering at GTS Technologies, and has been instrumental in expanding service lines and ensuring project quality across multiple firms. They hold a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, respectively.
