David Bennett is a Program Management Executive with extensive experience in leading major infrastructure projects. Currently, they serve as the Executive Programme Director for AECOM on the California High-Speed Rail project. Previously, Bennett held key leadership roles at HS2 Ltd and Jacobs, where they were responsible for the delivery of significant infrastructure initiatives in the UK, including London's Crossrail and High Speed One projects. Bennett earned a BSc in Civil Engineering from Swansea University.
