David DeRosa

David DeRosa serves as the Associate Vice President and Planning Department Manager for the West Coast Transit & Rail at AECOM, one of the largest consulting firms in architecture and engineering. With thirteen years of experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors, David's recent focus has been on the planning and delivery of transportation projects, such as connected and automated vehicles and high-speed rail. Prior to AECOM, David contributed to the planning and development efforts for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and engaged in sustainable urban planning with Global Green USA. Educated at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Minnesota, David has also been actively involved as a speaker and panelist at numerous transportation conferences.
