David Gallacher is an Environmental Planner and Ecologist currently serving as the Regional Director of Environmental & Ecological Planning at AECOM. With 14 years of professional and academic experience in the environmental sector, David completed postgraduate studies at The University of Hong Kong, where they developed a rapid biological assessment protocol for rivers and streams. David has contributed to over 100 projects in sustainability design, environmental planning, and ecological monitoring across 14 countries.
