David Nicholson

David Nicholson is currently the Director of Roads North at AECOM, where they oversee the Strategic Highways, Local Roads, and Traffic Engineering business across the North of England and North Wales. Prior to this role, they were Director of Traffic and Local Roads at AECOM, responsible for business development and client relations. David has over 27 years of experience in Highways and Transportation, having held senior positions at Mouchel and local government authorities, where they focused on service improvement and stakeholder engagement. They hold a Master of Science in Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning from The University of Salford.
