David O'Reilly

David O'Reilly is a Senior Vice President at AECOM, where they lead complex mega infrastructure capital investment programs, particularly in the transportation sector. David is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and has earned both an MSc and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick.
