David Raga

David Raga, CEng (MICE), is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in managing major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Major Projects and Operations Director at AECOM in Saudi Arabia since September 2021, David oversees Civil Infrastructure operations, including transportation and environmental projects. Prior roles include Design Director for NEOM railway projects, Senior Project Manager for NEOM Backbone project, and a Design Director for the Trillium Line Extension project in Canada while at AtkinsRéalis. David has also contributed to high-profile projects at Ferrovial Construction, Atkins, and Ischebeck Titan Limited, utilizing expertise in design management and project execution across a variety of challenging projects in the transportation, rail, and water sectors. David holds multiple master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and management from the Universitat Politècnica de València and Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
