David Waugh is a degree-qualified, MRICS chartered Quantity Surveyor with 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Infrastructure & Rail at AECOM since 2017, David has previously held roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Davis Langdon and as a Partner at EC Harris. David earned a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University between 1991 and 1995.
