David Wingate

David Wingate, PE, currently serves as the Program Management Strategic Implementation Lead at AECOM, a position held since October 2023. Previous roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University and the Stanford Global Projects Center, respectively. David has also gained experience as a Management Consulting Intern at Black & Veatch and an Engineering Intern at Silicon Valley Clean Water. From 2008 to 2013, David worked as a Design Engineer at Brown and Caldwell and then transitioned to Jacobs, where a Project Manager role was held from 2016 until September 2023. Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Science from Bucknell University, a Master of Science, and a Master of Engineering, both from Stanford University.
