David Young

David Young is a retired professional with extensive experience in environmental planning and biological studies. They served as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Blair, Church, & Flynn and held various senior roles, including Senior Environmental Planning Manager at AECOM and Senior Project Manager at Odell Planning and Research. David was also an Adjunct Professor at Fresno City College, teaching courses in Human Biology and General Biology. They earned a Master’s degree in Biology with a focus on Fisheries from California State University-Fresno and have contributed significantly to environmental planning and management throughout their career.
