Dean Miller

Dean Miller is a Senior Program Controls Manager at AECOM, where they lead a team of over 20 engineers managing costs and schedules for projects totaling more than $2 billion. With 26 years of experience, Dean has a strong background in program controls, systems integration, and cost management for large capital projects, having previously worked at Parsons as a Senior Systems Integrator and Project Controls Manager. They hold a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Tennessee, where they contributed to the development of a Police Command & Control System for the Atlanta Police Department.
