Deb Black

Deb Black is a civil engineering and network security professional with over 10 years of experience in penetration testing of critical infrastructure SCADA systems and supply chain interdiction prevention. They have held positions as a Senior Engineer at URS Corporation, focusing on the design of SCADA systems for desalination, and at AECOM, where they specialized in critical infrastructure protection. Previously, Deb worked as an Associate Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Senior Engineer at Cisco Systems. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering at the University of Oregon, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
