Deborah Howes is the Director of Community Planning at AECOM, where they have managed environmental reviews for large infrastructure projects since 2009. With over 30 years of experience in community-based land use, water, and transportation planning, Deborah produces a series of webinars focused on innovative water technologies and trends. They have previously held senior planning roles at The Chazen Companies and Planimetrics, and served as a Public Affairs Producer at KBOO Radio. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Transportation, Land Use, and Regional Planning from Portland State University, along with a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and postgraduate certificates in Systems Analysis and Organizational Development.
