Devan Thomas

Devan Thomas, P.Eng., M. ASCE, is the Vice President and Senior Technical Advisor at AECOM, where they have worked since 2010, specializing in hydraulic modeling, wet weather, and master planning, among other areas within the Infrastructure Services Market Sector. Previously, from 1994 to 2010, Devan served as the Market Segment Director for Community Infrastructure in North America and held the role of Senior Program Director. Devan holds a B.A. in Physical Geography from York University and a B.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph.
