Diego Quiroga

Diego Quiroga is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 24 years of experience, currently serving as the Technical Director at AECOM in the Ports and Maritime team. With extensive expertise in ports and maritime projects, Diego has managed a variety of significant developments, including LNG facilities and container terminals across multiple continents. Previously, Diego held positions such as Principal Maritime Engineer at URS Corporation and Senior Ports Engineer at Scott Wilson, directing the detailed design for London Gateway Port. Diego earned a Licentiate in Civil Engineering from the Escuela Militar de Ingenieria and a Master’s in Computer Aided Engineering Design from the University of Strathclyde.
