Doug Munro

Doug Munro is a Director and Head of Infrastructure Cost Management at AECOM, specializing in procurement advice, contract amendment drafting, pre and post contract management, and dispute resolution. Previously, Doug held various senior roles including Director of Infrastructure Commercial Services and Director of Infrastructure Lead Scotland at AECOM, as well as Partner at EC Harris and Commercial Services Manager at Network Rail. Doug earned an LLM in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University.
