Dr. Harold Branch serves as the Chief of Engineering and Construction Project Management at AECOM since July 2014, leading high-level operations and managing cross-disciplinary teams. With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, Dr. Branch successfully completed a $14M Air Force project ahead of schedule. At CACI International, extensive work included managing a $192 million Genesis contract and overseeing significant facility upgrades. In addition to current consulting work involving business process analysis, Dr. Branch holds a PhD in Organizational Management and an MBA from Trident University International, along with a Doctoral Business Administration in Project Management from Walden University.
