Ed Watson

Ed Watson is the Head of Signalling at AECOM, where they have been since 2021, leading initiatives in the rail industry. With over 20 years of experience, Ed's career includes roles as Resource Planning Director and Principal Engineering Manager at Amey in 2021, as well as various design and engineering positions at companies like Sitec, Network Rail, Westinghouse Rail Systems Limited, and Colas Rail. They began their career as a Signal Design Trainee in 2002 and have progressively built their expertise in signalling design and management. Ed's foundational education took place at Sheldon School from 1997 to 2001.
