Ed Zhou is an Associate Vice President and Bridge Instrumentation & Evaluation Lead for North America at AECOM, a position held since 2014. Prior to this role, Ed served as National Practice Leader for Bridge Instrumentation & Evaluation at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from 1994 to 2014. Additionally, Ed taught graduate-level courses in Bridge Design and Evaluation and Fatigue and Fracture in Steel Bridges as an Adjunct Faculty at The Johns Hopkins University from 2000 to 2015. Ed earned a PhD in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University, where also obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
