Efram Fuller

Efram Fuller, P.E. serves as the AVP Senior Project Management Director at AECOM, overseeing the $534 million Hampton Roads Sanitation District Design-Build James River Sustainable Water Initiative For Tomorrow and Advanced Nutrient Reduction Improvements, focusing on managed aquifer recharge. Previously, Efram held positions as Director of Federal Programs and Houston Area Client Manager at Mbroh Engineering, Inc., and as Federal Client Service Manager at Brown and Caldwell. Efram's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Gafcon, Inc. and a Naval Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps with the U.S. Navy, where various leadership positions included Public Works Officer and Deputy Resident Officer in Charge of Construction. Efram's education includes a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
