Ellen Sparks is an Air Quality Project Manager and Team Lead for the Houston, Texas Air Quality group at AECOM. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering, Ellen has managed air permitting and compliance efforts across several states, specifically for the petrochemical and oil and gas sectors. Their regulatory experience includes work within the HGB nonattainment area and handling Best Achievable Control Technology reviews. In addition to project management, Ellen leads a team of engineers and contributes to large environmental proposal pursuits for AECOM's business development team.
