Emma Barker

Emma Barker is an Associate Bid Director at AECOM, where they currently oversee bid and proposal preparation processes. Previously, Emma served as a Senior Proposals Manager and Work Winning Manager at AECOM, contributing significantly to the development of major bids and governance compliance. They began their career as a Business Development Assistant at Ecotricity and later worked as a Business Development Coordinator at URS Corporation. Emma holds a Foundation Certification in Proposals Management from APMP and has earned both a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International History & American Studies from Keele University.
