Evan Kaffas is an Associate Director and Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE, TCG) with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, project management, and design. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Principal Designer, and Carbon Implementation Lead under the Environment Agency CDF Framework, Evan previously managed a comprehensive modeling and forecasting program for the Environment Agency. With a background that includes leadership roles in various sectors, Evan has played a significant role in promoting water resource preservation and developing educational workshops in collaboration with Engineers Without Borders. Evan holds an MSc/DIC in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London.
