Fred Leclair

Fred LeClair is an experienced professional in the fields of construction and environmental management. Currently serving as a Construction Resident Project Manager at AECOM since October 2025, Fred previously held positions at CDM Smith, where responsibilities included monitoring instrumentation and inspecting jacking sequences as a Construction Representative 3 and Geologist 2.
