Gary Hicks

Gary Hicks is the Director and Professional Head of Electrification and Power for Europe and India at AECOM, a position held since 2015. With a background in electrical engineering and project management, Gary has led significant projects in Railway Electrification while managing a team of 130 in the UK and a global design center in India. Previously, Gary served in various engineering and management roles across prominent companies in the rail sector, including Halcrow and Network Rail. A graduate of London South Bank University with a BEng (Hons), Gary is also committed to mentoring engineers towards professional accreditation.
