Gavin Lloyd is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant with 27 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, specializing in port planning and marine engineering. Currently, Gavin works at AECOM as a Senior Construction Manager. Gavin's extensive background includes roles such as Senior Port Specialist at Witteveen+Bos and Design Manager at Bechtel, as well as experience in project management and consultancy across various sectors.
