Gerard Stewart

Gerard Stewart is a Principal Consultant at AECOM, having joined the firm in November 2022 with nearly 30 years of experience. Previously, they held various roles including Communications Coordinator at the University of Reading and International Relations Manager at the Environment Agency. Gerard has a strong background in environmental impact assessment, sustainability appraisal, and nature conservation, and is skilled in fostering collaboration and communication among diverse stakeholders. They are currently working to reinstate their Chartered and Full Environmentalist IEMA status and are also active as a Cycling Instructor. Gerard holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Leeds.
