Gigi Lam

Gigi Lam, PE, MICE, is a licensed Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience in planning and managing utilities infrastructure projects, including water treatment and distribution systems. Currently serving as Technical Director at AECOM, Gigi specializes in water resources planning, project feasibility studies, and overall management of major civil engineering projects. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Binnies and several engineering positions at organizations such as Black & Veatch and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Gigi earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis and is pursuing an MSc(Eng) in Infrastructure Project Management at The University of Hong Kong.
