Grant Ching

Grant Ching is an Associate Director at AECOM since June 2021, where responsibilities include fostering partnerships with clients to drive growth and overseeing civil design and engineering teams to meet delivery goals. Previously, Grant served as Design Manager at Beca, leading multidisciplinary teams for civil design on state highways and local roads, and held positions including Design Team Lead and Geometric Designer. An early career included roles as a Scientific Officer with NSW Police and positions in geospatial data capture with Geospectrum Consultants Inc. and DoSLI. Grant Ching holds a degree in Civil Engineering from WelTec and has a foundational education from Cheviot Area School.
